I purchased my Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max about two months ago from the official Trendyol seller on Trendyol, paying approximately ₺33,000. I have only used the device with plain water and have never added any chemicals. However, about ten days ago, the water suction pump malfunctioned, releasing all the dirty water instead of pulling it back in — which caused swelling and damage to my wooden floors. The same issue occurred again during the last two uses.
I took the device to the authorized Xiaomi service center in Bursa. Even though the device is under warranty and I used it correctly, I was told that the issue occurred due to chemical use, which is completely untrue, and I was asked to pay a ₺4,000 repair fee. I have not yet contacted Xiaomi customer service.
I request that my device be repaired free of charge under warranty. I only purchased it two months ago, and it’s very disappointing to experience such a malfunction within the two-year warranty period. I expect this issue to be handled appropriately.
