Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro's Unresolved Repairs and Frustrating Warranty

My experience with the Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro has been nothing short of a nightmare. I sent my vacuum to Trendyol for warranty repairs not once, but twice, and each time, I was disappointed. It was returned the first time with no action taken. The second time, a note was attached claiming that they couldn't proceed without a paid repair, and it was returned. Now I'm waiting for the third time, dealing with the same problem. It's unclear that a warranty-covered product requires payment for repairs. Why aren't the seller or the authorized service center fulfilling their responsibilities before the warranty period expires? According to my research, they appear to be shifting their mistakes onto customers. I'm forced to demand an urgent and free repair or replacement for my device, as stipulated by the warranty.
