Xiaomi S10 Robot Vacuum Defective Navigation & Damaged Water Tank

In July 2023, I bought a Xiaomi S10 robotic vacuum cleaner from Teknosa. As you are aware, robot vacuums are designed to register their surroundings and navigate autonomously using sensors. There is no need for human intervention during operation, thus there is no way I could have damaged the product.
After setting up the robot and allowing it to map my house, I discovered a serious issue. The robot would become caught in corners and spin around, or it would continually collide with table legs and walls. As a result of these frequent collisions, the water tank eventually shattered. As shown in the accompanying photographs, the cracks are thin and hairline, indicating that they were created by repeated hits.
When I sent the product in for warranty repair, I was informed "no problem." I refused to accept this and returned the product, only to be told that I would have to pay ₺1000 for a replacement due to "user error." I don't understand how a robot vacuum cleaner's water tank might break due to operator error. The product functions using its own sensors and mapping.
I will first send the merchandise to my insurance provider, and if I do not obtain a suitable response, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. However, I'd want to say that this circumstance is incorrect. I've attached images to show you how the product became trapped between two walls and scraped itself, as well as how the water tank shattered due to repetitive collisions.
I'm hoping that this matter may be resolved equitably and that Xiaomi would accept responsibility for the malfunctioning navigation system that caused damage to my robotic vacuum cleaner.
