Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10 Service Delay Fault Not Identified For Days

On 12.11.2025, I submitted my Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10 to your service center under service number 1762932753. Although the product acceptance form clearly states that the fault detection period is 2–5 business days, this period has passed and I have still received no update. As of today, it has been 7 business days, yet I cannot obtain any clear information. When I called the service center, I was given a dismissive response—“There are robots waiting in line”—without any explanation of the fault or any concrete information about when the process will be completed. This attitude clearly undermines both customer satisfaction and the service commitments stated in the acceptance form. I request that the fault detection and, if necessary, repair process for my device be expedited immediately, and that I be provided with a written and definitive update regarding the device’s status and the exact date by which the process will be completed. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will pursue all my rights and claims through the relevant authorities under the service obligations stated in the product acceptance form, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the TS EN 60335 warranty procedures. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken urgently.
