Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10T Review. Disappointing Vacuum Power Compared to Roborock 5S

Because of my pet's and my daughter's allergies, I decided to purchase a second robot vacuum cleaner. My only criterion was that it should have a better vacuum power than the model I already owned. The seller recommended the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10T. According to the product specifications (8000 Pa vacuum power + 5200 mAh battery + 70 W), it claimed to have almost four times the vacuum power of my Roborock 5S model (2000 Pa + 58 W). It also appeared stronger in terms of overall performance. This convinced me to buy the Xiaomi S10T.
After using both vacuum cleaners at home, I noticed that the dust bin of the Xiaomi S10T was consistently empty. Initially, I thought this was because my Roborock 5S had already cleaned thoroughly, leaving nothing for the S10T to pick up. To test this, I ran the Xiaomi S10T first and then followed with the Roborock 5S. Surprisingly, even after the Xiaomi S10T finished cleaning and collected only a small amount of dust, the Roborock 5S continued to fill its dust chamber.
Concerned that the Xiaomi S10T might be faulty, I took it to the service center. They updated the software and returned the product, claiming there was no issue with the vacuum function. I also reached out to the company regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response.

Despite my complaints and writing to customer service, I have never seen such an indifferent brand. I am considering going to the Consumer Court on the grounds that the technical specifications provided for the product are not accurate.
