Xiaomi S10 Robot Vacuum Stopped Working After Warranty Repair and Lost Suction

I had purchased a Xiaomi S10 robot vacuum and sent it to the warranty service due to a malfunction. It was returned, claiming the issue had been fixed, but this time the vacuum started spinning in circles, and its suction power weakened. On top of that, it randomly stops working, making it impossible to use properly. The dustbin latch broke on the second use, and I haven’t been able to get any efficiency from it since the warranty service. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but their responses were unhelpful and vague. Such poor technical service does not suit a reputable brand like Xiaomi. Right now, the robot vacuum is completely useless. I recommend thinking twice before buying a Xiaomi product.
