Xiaomi's S10T Robot Vacuum's Disappointing Cleaning Capacity

I bought the Xiaomi S10T 8000 Pa Robot Vacuum, and I really regret it. The only things that stand out are its expensive price and the 8000 Pa mentioned in its name. Everything else is really disappointing. It doesn't pick up anything. It can't even go under curtains or behind the couch. It has a hard time dealing with even the smallest bits of dirt, such as sesame seeds, not to mention cotton or hair. We've been using the Xiaomi Dreame F9 for the past four years, and it has been amazing. It didn't leave anything behind and went into tight spots. Also, it smartly covered every area by moving back and forth. It felt like being treated like royalty. Can you help me out? I bought it on September 5th, so it's basically brand new. This customer is clearly frustrated as they are not happy with the Xiaomi S10T Robot Vacuum. They are comparing it to their previous experience with the Xiaomi Dreame F9 and pointing out how different it is.
