Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G Dual SIM Not Working as Promised

On November 13, 2025, I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G from the Mi Store. During the purchase, I specifically asked the Xiaomi representative whether I could actively use two SIM cards at the same time, without switching between them. I was told that both lines could be used simultaneously. However, since I started using the phone, only one SIM card works, and I am unable to send or receive SMS messages from the second line at all.
This problem occurs with all carriers and at all times. For the past two days, I have spoken with Xiaomi customer service multiple times. They acknowledged the issue but were unable to offer any solution. Even when I sought help under the warranty, I was told to perform a “reboot to system,” but that also did not fix the issue.
I request that this problem be resolved through technical support. If it cannot be fixed, I am requesting a refund. My order number is: M2C2025000030638. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
