I have been using my Xiaomi 14T Pro phone for about 10 months, and I have been experiencing a serious call-related issue that has existed since the very first day. Whenever I make a conference call, I can hear the other participants clearly, but my voice does not reach them at all. This issue occurs consistently on both VoLTE calls and Wi-Fi calls, without any difference.
At first, I did not take this problem very seriously. However, due to my work, I now have to participate in conference calls frequently, and because of this issue, I am unable to conduct my business calls properly or reliably. When I contacted Türk Telekom customer service, I was informed that the issue is not related to the mobile operator but originates from the phone itself.
I also see that many other Xiaomi users are experiencing the same problem, and I believe this issue should no longer be ignored. I request that Xiaomi provide a clear and permanent solution to this call and conference call problem, either through a software update or, if necessary, a hardware fix. If the issue cannot be resolved, I expect Xiaomi to take more concrete action, such as offering a device replacement.
