Eye comfort mode is off but this phone is just adjusting it all wrong and uncontrollably...just got my hands on this device on December 9th, 2022! it's fully covered by warranty. the screen brightness keeps fluctuating and it's getting worse when I'm outside, whatever the issue is, it still persists even after disabling the daylight mode. Just reached out to Genpa twice for help, but got dismissed with a "no problem detected" response. What will happen after the warranty expires? can't risk it. Recurring display irregularities need attention, not mine theirs yet the authorized service provider, won't acknowledge the ongoing issue. Ignoring it won't solve anything and def not going to add positively to your reputation.
