I took my Xiaomi 360 camera (1080p) to the Genpa İzmir service center on September 8, 2023, because it was still under warranty. The service center sent me a new device, the Xiaomi Smart 2 X, because it was still under warranty. This is the third time I've sent it back because I can't figure out how to set it up. They keep sending the same model. What do they want to do? The warranty time is almost up. They sent me a new one, but I still can't figure out how to set it up, and there's no help at all. The brand doesn't offer any help, which is a shame. What can you do as a brand to help?

"As of yesterday, we were contacted by Evofone service. It was reported that the phone's motherboard was replaced, the camera system was renewed (these procedures were done for the first time), and the phone was working without any issues. Previously, our phone was also handed back to us with the claim that it was working without any problems. I will provide another update after we receive and use our phone. For now, the news seems positive."
