Xiaomi Mop Essential White Robot Vacuum Broken and Not Covered Under Warranty

I bought the Xiaomi Mop Essential White robot vacuum in March 2022 from an authorized seller. The product broke after I barely used it. When I took it to the authorized service, they told me that the problem was my fault. They said that the breakdown happened because I didn't clean the filter properly and it caused the motor to burn out. I was given the choice to either get my item repaired for ₺4000 or buy a brand new one for the same price. But the cost of a new product was the same as the price in the market. I don't get why the price is the same as the market even though the item is under warranty. Also, the explanation provided for the user error doesn't make sense. I didn't mess with the robot vacuum from the outside. The device was being used for cleaning, and it malfunctioned because of that. They called it a user error. It's really disappointing that these problems come up before the warranty is even over. I'm waiting for your help.
