Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Warranty Declined and Unexpected Charges

I snagged a Xiaomi robot vacuum on 12.12.2022, and wouldn't you know it, the thing couldn't map a room properly. Frustrated, I sent it off to the warranty service due to charging and sensor problems. Now, here's where it gets wild – the warranty folks said they'd only cover the motherboard replacement out of the trio of issues. For the charging and sensor glitches, they hit me with a whopping ₺3750 bill! when I suggested they just fix the motherboard under warranty and send the darn thing back, they hit me with a hard "no." Apparently, that's not a service they offer. It's either shell out ₺3750 to fix all the problems or get the product back as is, problems and all. Is this what warranty service has come to?
