Despite the product being under warranty, they requested ₺3,500 for the repair, citing that some components were not covered. I proposed replacing only the parts covered by the warranty, but they declined, insisting on the full payment. Dissatisfied with their service, they returned the item to me, charging ₺450 + ₺163 for shipping. I intend to take legal action regarding this poor service experience.
