Redmi 13 Pro Charging Problem Not Fixed Despite Service And Warranty

My Redmi 13 Pro has been randomly refusing to charge for the past year. At first, we thought the issue was caused by the chargers, so we tried different charging adapters and even replaced them several times, but when the problem persisted, we realized the issue was coming from the phone itself. We contacted the store, and they sent the device to the authorized service center, which claimed the problem had been fixed. However, after receiving the phone, the same charging issue continued. Every time I want to use the phone, I find myself wondering, “Will it charge this time?”—and this causes both inconvenience and loss of time. Since the phone is under warranty and the invoice is registered under my brother’s name, I request that this recurring charging issue be permanently resolved or, if necessary, that a replacement device be provided as a clear solution.
