Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G NFC Missing, Services Issues

I got a Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G from Tecnoloc. Everything looked good until I got an SMS warning from the law before the end of the year. It was missing some features, like NFC, but at first it didn't bother me too much. What did bother me, though, was how hard it was to get in touch with customer service and talk to someone about my problems. Even though I bought the item with a warranty in Turkey, it's been hard to get any help. My problem won't be fixed any time soon, or I'll have to take it to the Arbitration Board.
