Redmi 9A Freezing Issue When Mobile Data On
I purchased a Redmi 9A phone from Noko, and since 10/11/2024 I have been experiencing a persistent problem with the device. The phone regularly freezes, and this issue occurs mostly when mobile data is switched on, which makes it very difficult to use the phone properly. So far I have not contacted Noko or any service center about this problem. However, due to the ongoing freezing, I am concerned about the reliability and usability of the device. I kindly request that my phone be taken in for a detailed technical inspection so that the cause of the freezing can be identified and resolved. I would like this inspection and any necessary actions to be carried out under the applicable warranty or consumer rights.
