Unfortunately, the Redmi 9C has been plagued by freezing issues. It's aggravating to have to deal with the screen freezing all the time, necessitating the time-consuming solution of rotating and toggling it on and off. Despite having the phone for nearly a year, the situation persists, which greatly disappoints me. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this device's performance. I'm actively looking for help and a viable solution to this recurring problem. The goal is to find a solution as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to Xiaomi products, which is unfortunate given my previous positive experiences with their brand.
