I bought the Xiaomi Mi Mop 2 robot vacuum from the Trendyol seller. I bought this vacuum model from Trendyol on November 6, 2023. My wife asked why I bought something from another country, and I had no idea. So, I decided to look at the reviews and I found 192 bad reviews. I read the reviews and then I asked for a return twice. Every time I talked to the customer support representative, they made me feel discouraged. Now, it's gonna take at least a week to get your money back. The cost of this vacuum keeps going up, and we can't afford to buy a new one until we get our money back. "Let's give it a shot," she said, and the nightmare started. It took us 4 hours before we could finally get connected to the internet. YouTube videos freeze a lot because of errors. We watched a bunch of videos and figured out that we should change the language to Turkish first.

Trendyol reached out to me through Trendyol and they are still saying to send the vacuum cleaner to the authorized service for repair. And they don't have the vacuum cleaner in stock. They insist on not giving a refund. However, I spoke with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and while presenting my documents, I want to inform everyone of the following: I was told that for online purchases, we have the right to return the product and get a refund, whether it is broken or not, until the warranty period of the product ends, whether it is one year or two years. Let this be known. I am at ease. I will get my money back with interest anyway.
