I have been using my Xiaomi 13T for over a year and have been quite happy with it—until recently. Lately, the phone has started randomly shutting down and restarting on its own for about 15 minutes at a time. During these cycles, I am unable to intervene in any way; I just have to wait and watch.
I have no idea why this is happening, but it is incredibly frustrating and disrupting my daily use. I rely on my phone for work and communication, and this issue is making it completely unreliable.
I am demanding a solution—whether through a software update or a replacement device. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter. Xiaomi, please address this issue immediately!
