I have been experiencing a persistent issue with my Xiaomi phone randomly shutting down since its delivery on November 5th. Despite resetting to factory settings and reinstalling the setup multiple times, the problem persists, occurring around 5-6 times daily. It's evident that a defective product has been sent to me, and I am far from satisfied with this situation. I'm not sure if it's because I reported my complaint here, but it turned out positively. I believe there was an issue with the product's manufacturing, so the return was accepted and I got my money back.
