Persistent Freezing Issues with Redmi 9C


My experience with the Redmi 13 phone has been less than satisfactory since I bought it not long ago. There is a noticeable lack of improvement in the screen quality, audio, and camera performance. However, the most frustrating thing is that the phone freezes all the time, regardless of what I'm doing, including viewing movies. Even for the most fundamental of jobs, it's become hard to use. I've asked for assistance because I refuse to use this product anymore, but I know it's hard to get your money back in Turkey. On the contrary, I would want to request a new type of phone instead of this one. I am hoping that these difficulties may be resolved and that my experience with Redmi is improved.
