On November 3, 2025, my PUBG Mobile account, which is linked to my Facebook profile (Player ID: 5184*****22, Username: çiyager), was taken over by someone using a device identified as “Poco X7 Pro.” My account was also linked to my Google account. At the time of the incident, I was actively playing on my own device, a Redmi Note 11s. On November 4, 2025, both my device and my account were hacked, and I completely lost access to my account.
After this happened, I contacted PUBG Mobile customer support. They asked me for verification codes and detailed information related to my account. I provided everything, including the first device used to create the account, login dates, and even my UC purchase receipt dated November 3, 2025. However, I still have not received a solution, and I continue to be without access to my account.
I respectfully request that PUBG Mobile restore my account to me safely and securely.
