I Face Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G Not Supporting 120 FPS in PUBG Mobile

I purchased my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G from a store called Kahraman CSM, and since the day I bought it, I’ve been unable to use the 120 FPS feature in PUBG Mobile. I’ve tried enabling the 120 FPS option both in the game and device settings, and I’ve also updated both the phone software and the game, but the problem still persists.

Although I don’t have the invoice or warranty documents, I paid ₺6,000 in cash for the device. I am now requesting technical support from the brand to fix this issue and enable the 120 FPS performance that the phone is supposed to support.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
