Xiaomi Mi Cloud Erased My Precious Photos and Videos

For about 4–5 years, I used a Xiaomi device with a Mi Cloud account to back up my most important photos and videos. I checked every now and then, but I couldn't download them. My brother used the old Xiaomi phone when I got a new one. When I logged into my Mi Cloud account on July 21, 2023, I was shocked to see a message that said all my photos, videos, and memories had been deleted for good. The message said that they had switched to a new system, but the synchronization didn't happen, so photos could only be recovered until June 30, 2023. I was never told or warned about this, and now all of my most important memories are gone for good. I want Xiaomi Turkey to do what needs to be done to help me get back all of my deleted memories without telling me.
