Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 12/256 GB Rapid Battery Drain and Speaker Malfunction

Hey there, I wanted to reach out and talk about my ongoing issues with Xiaomi. I hope that by sharing my experiences, I can help others think twice before choosing this brand. To sum it up, my first device was the Mi 10T Pro, which had a lot of problems and I had to go to the service center multiple times. Even though I tried to solve the problems, they kept happening, so I decided to bring the issue to the Consumer Court. So, basically, the court ordered a replacement device. The second device they sent was a Mi 10T Pro, which was supposed to be brand new. However, when it arrived, it wouldn't charge. So, after I complained, Xiaomi actually admitted they made a mistake. They said they would replace it with a better model, the Mi 11T Pro 12/256 GB. But the third device had its own problems, needing lots of repairs for things like the battery dying quickly, glitches with apps, and issues with the speaker. The device completely failed in the end and wouldn't recognize SIM cards anymore, so I had to go back to the service center again.
After I refused to pay the ridiculously high ₺15,098 fee for repairs, I threatened to take legal action. As a result, Xiaomi offered me a discount, but I turned it down. Strangely enough, they called later and said they could fix the problem without charging anything. But, after they supposedly fixed the device, the NFC function stopped working properly. I had to go back to the service center again, and they offered to give me a new device as a replacement. They assured me that it would be brand new. The fourth device, which was another Mi 11T Pro 12/256, came as a surprise - the SIM card slot was dirty, indicating that it had been previously used. Other problems we encountered were a charger that didn't work and strange display issues. It's really annoying that Xiaomi's promised solutions ended up being a total letdown.
