Xena Support Not Restoring My Stolen Account

I made multiple deposits into my Xena account with ID 17491707. However, on December 25, 2025, my account was completely taken over by someone else, and I currently have no access to it.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the support team through the CS section on the Xena website. Despite this, my account has still not been returned to my control. I have lost access to both my account and all the benefits and deposits associated with it.

I am requesting that Xena conduct the necessary security checks on account ID 17491707 and urgently restore it to my ownership, ensuring that full control of the account is returned to me.
