XM Deposit Missing After Successful Bank Wire

On December 30, 2025, I deposited $1,035 USD into my XM Global account via bank wire transfer (IBAN). Although the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, it has not been credited to my XM account, and the transaction is still marked as incomplete. My XM account number is 390748358.

Regarding this issue, I have contacted XM live support multiple times, but I only encounter a robot assistant that repeats the same responses, and no concrete solution is provided. I have also sent multiple support requests via email, but they have been completely ignored. Despite all of this, the money I deposited has still not been added to my account.

I am requesting that the $1,035 USD I deposited be credited to my XM account as soon as possible, or, if necessary, refunded back to me. I also request clear and detailed information regarding the status of this transaction.
