My Xbox Game Account Was Unjustly Blocked

I'm mad at Xbox Game because they just shut down my account without giving me any warning or reason. When I called customer service, they said I had broken their rules, but they didn't give me any proof to back up their claim. I gave them everything they asked for, like my console and IP address, to prove that I hadn't broken any rules. Still, my account is still locked, so I can't play any of the games I bought. I worry about what will happen to the games I bought and if I'll ever be able to play them again. I also made it clear that the email address linked to the account was mine, but that didn't seem to help. If Xbox Game can't figure out this problem by email, I hope they can do so here. I just want to get back into my account and play the games I paid for.
