Epic Games Refused to Restore My Account Despite Full Proof of Ownership

I haven’t been able to access my Epic Games account for a long time. The email address linked to my account is h*@windowslive.com**, but since I no longer have access to that email and also forgot my password, I’m completely locked out of my account. Every login attempt results in a recovery link being sent to that inaccessible email address, so I can’t reset my password.

I reached out to Epic Games customer support and provided all the necessary details to verify ownership of my account — including my PSN username, billing address, and information about the devices and regions used to log in. I also mentioned that I had recently purchased a free game (₺0), which should be visible in my account history. Despite all this, my recovery request was denied for “insufficient information,” and even my appeal was rejected. I also explained that my account is linked to PlayStation Network, but they still refused to help.

It’s clear that the account belongs to me, and I’m requesting that access to my account be restored immediately and my grievance resolved fairly.
