X Direct Messages Inbox Error On iPhone

I am experiencing a persistent problem accessing the Direct Messages section on my X account and I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved. I use X both via the iPhone application and through the web browser on my iPhone. Since 5 December 2025, whenever I try to enter my DM inbox, an error appears automatically and I cannot view incoming messages at all. I am not trying to send a message; the problem is that I cannot see the messages that come to me because I cannot access the inbox. There is no warning or restriction visible on my account such as a suspension notice or a message stating that I cannot use this feature. My X username is “Gozdek***”. To solve the problem, I have already tried all the basic steps such as reinstalling the application, clearing the browser history and cache, and trying different internet connections, but the error continues in the same way. I do not have any Premium or paid subscription, but this situation seriously prevents me from using the messaging feature. I request that the error related to my account be examined in detail and that my access to my DM inbox be restored as soon as possible so that I can view my incoming messages again.
