OkCupid Matches Not Showing in Inbox on iPhone Despite Successful Swipes

I use the OkCupid app on my iPhone and for the past 10 minutes I’ve been facing a recurring problem. Even when I get a match, the match does not appear in my message inbox. This has happened multiple times and continues to repeat itself, causing me to miss potential conversations.

I am using the latest version of the app, and I have already tested it with different internet connections, but the issue persists. My account is registered under u*********@gmail.com**. I also attempted to reach OkCupid customer service, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

This situation is frustrating, as I am losing out on matches through no fault of my own. I request that OkCupid fix this issue immediately and restore any missing matches to my account. Premium dating apps should provide reliable functionality, not block users from basic features.
