Instagram Disabled My Account After Random DM Restrictions

For the past two weeks, I’ve been constantly facing DM (direct message) restrictions on my Instagram account (@r4r*lw)**. I have never used offensive language, sent spam, or engaged in any inappropriate behavior, yet these restrictions were applied without any explanation.
Today, my account was completely disabled, and I am no longer able to log in. I never received any warning or notification indicating that I violated Instagram’s community guidelines.
I have tried to contact Instagram Support, but I don’t know how to reach them. I can’t go through any verification or recovery steps, as the app won’t let me log in at all. My account has no paid promotions, ads, or linked transactions.
I’ve faced similar issues over the past two years, but this time my account was suspended without any valid reason, causing serious frustration.
I request that my account be reinstated immediately and that Instagram clearly explain the reason behind these repeated restrictions. I also ask that my issue be handled promptly to prevent further loss and inconvenience.
Progress

Yesterday I received an email from Gmail saying that my account was permanently closed. I don’t understand anything from the Instagram team. There are so many people with explicit photos, +18 sexual abuse, hateful symbols, and sexual harassment, but Instagram does nothing to them. Instead, they close the accounts of people like us who follow the rules for no reason. The Instagram team needs to find a solution to this. I also had two other backup accounts, one of which was opened—it was my old account, and I wasn’t using it, and now I’m not logging into that either. Now I’m waiting for positive news from Instagram. They really need to find a solution to these kinds of issues.
