I purchased a Tinder subscription in June 2025 using my email address o***************@gmail.com. Unfortunately, for the past week, I have been completely unable to access my account. The app remains unresponsive: I cannot log out, use any active features, or match with other users.

On June 28, I contacted Tinder support via email, clearly explaining the problem and requesting urgent assistance. Despite this, I have yet to receive any response. I double-checked my internet connection, updated the app, and even tried reinstalling it, but the issue persists. This situation has severely impacted my user experience, especially since I paid for a subscription I cannot use.

I explicitly request that my account be unlocked and fully accessible, or that my subscription fee be refunded if the problem cannot be solved promptly. I also expect an explanation of the cause of this issue and measures to prevent it from recurring.
