WWF Market T-Shirt Torn After Gentle Wash — No Support from Brand
I purchased a WWF Market branded t-shirt through Barçın’s official website. My order number is 2438719820713431. I received the product about a year and a half ago and have worn it only a few times. I carefully followed the washing instructions and washed it in the machine as directed, yet the t-shirt came out torn after washing.
After noticing the issue, I emailed WWF Market customer service, and they told me to contact Barçın instead. However, I know that Barçın cannot issue a refund in this case. Still, I expected a more solution-oriented and responsible approach from WWF Market. At the very least, an apology or a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.
I am not certain whether the product is covered under warranty. The purchase was made via credit card, and the delivery address was in Istanbul.
My request is clear and reasonable: either send me a replacement t-shirt for the one that was torn, or provide another concrete solution that resolves my grievance. I expect WWF Market to handle this issue promptly and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
