WWF Market Sent Wrong Size and Never Delivered My Second Item

On August 2, 2025, I placed order #512811 on the WWF Market website, purchasing one T-shirt in size L and one Panda Lightweight Crop T-shirt in white, size S.
However, instead of the L size I ordered, I received an XL size T-shirt. When I contacted customer service to request an exchange, they told me that my size was out of stock and that they would issue a refund. But when I checked the website at the same time, I could clearly see that the L size was still available in stock. In addition, my second item — the Panda Lightweight Crop T-shirt in white, size S — was never shipped at all.
I tried to reach the company both via email and phone, but my emails were ignored, and the phone support could not provide a clear answer. It has now been 14 days, and the refunds for the two items, totaling $16.60 and $12.10, have still not been processed.
The website clearly states that if the company sends the wrong product, a refund will be made, yet I have been left completely disappointed and inconvenienced.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately — either by sending the missing item or processing my refund without further delay. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
