On August 8, 2025, I ordered a “Kiremit Zürafa Lightweight T-Shirt” from WWF Market (Order No. #513360). When the product arrived, I immediately noticed a stitching defect. I contacted customer service via email the same day, and they instructed me to return the item. I followed all the return instructions carefully.
However, even though they stated that a new replacement order would be created, I was sent the same defective item again. I purchased the t-shirt with a credit card, and the total order amount was $183, of which $16.10 was for this t-shirt. It has been less than a month since my purchase, yet I have already had to deal with this issue twice.
Moreover, customer service response times were extremely slow, and some of my emails went completely unanswered, forcing me to share my experience here.
I am requesting that the defective item be replaced with a proper, undamaged one, and that I be offered a voucher or store credit as compensation for this inconvenience. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved promptly.
