WPS Office Failed to Send Trial Expiration Notice Before Charging
I started a 3-day free trial membership with the WPS Office app. Because I forgot to cancel at the end of the trial period, the annual subscription fee was charged to my card without my knowledge or consent. On December 12, 2025, a payment of $23 was taken from my card. However, before this charge was processed, I did not receive any warning notification, either by SMS or through the app.
I am a student and also work while continuing my education. This amount is truly high for me and has seriously strained my budget. I do not accept that such a large amount was charged without any additional confirmation process and without my permission, and I request a full refund of the annual subscription fee.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my refund be processed promptly.
