WPS Office Failed to Disclose Annual Fee Before Charging
I subscribed to a 1-month free trial membership in the WPS Office app. Without any approval or prior notice—and even though I was actively using the service—an annual subscription fee of $18 was charged to my credit card on November 21, 2025.
The transaction appears under the order number ORDER_SG_PD3RU04QM2OO2FPLMH320. There is no customer service phone number available in the app or on the website, so I have been unable to reach the company or receive support.
I request that this unauthorized annual subscription charge be canceled and that the full $18 be refunded to my credit card immediately. I also ask to be provided with written confirmation and that the company make its customer service contact channels clear and easily accessible.
