WPS Office Charged $23 Without Approval After Trial

On October 24, 2025, I completed a transaction within the WPS Office app as part of a trial membership. However, even though I did not give any approval to switch to an annual subscription, I noticed that $23 was charged to my credit card on October 25, 2025. The fact that this fee was collected without any notification or authorization has caused me financial harm.

I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue. I request that the $23 be refunded to me and ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
