WPS Office Charged Me Before Free Trial Ended

I started the WPS Office free trial through Google Play. Although my trial period was set to end on December 20, 2025, my debit card was charged $23 on December 19, 2025, under reference number 22637535311018377 and transaction code 868482-032637. I was not aware of this charge. When I saw that the fee had been collected before the stated trial end date, I immediately canceled my subscription.

Even though I received confirmation that my subscription was canceled, no action was taken to cancel or refund the charge. I submitted support requests to both WPS Office and Google Play regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.

Since this charge was made without my knowledge or consent and before the trial period had expired, I request that the transaction be canceled and that the full $23 be refunded to my debit card as soon as possible.
