Unauthorized Google Payment for WPS Office Subscription

I started a 3-day membership through the WPS Office app on my Android phone. After the trial period ended, $23 was charged to my card through Google Payments on December 2 without my knowledge or consent.

I attempted to dispute the transaction through my bank and closed my card for security reasons. However, I was unable to process any cancellation or refund through the WPS Office app. I later canceled the subscription myself, but the amount charged has not been refunded.

I request that WPS Office refund the $23 that was charged without my knowledge or approval and provide clear confirmation that my subscription has been fully terminated.
