While using the document-to-PDF conversion app called Wsp Officall, $66 was charged to my card today without my knowledge. Even though I only used the app to convert a document to PDF, this amount was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card without any approval or clear disclosure.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank and had the related subscription canceled. However, I do not accept this unauthorized transaction made by the app and I am experiencing financial distress because of it.
I request that the $66 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
