Pdfe.com Charged My Card $56 Without Consent After $1 PDF Service Purchase
In December, I purchased a one-time PDF editing service through pdfe.com and made a single payment of $1 from my Ziraat Bank credit card on December 5. I did not approve any subscription, and at no point during the sign-up process did I select recurring payments, automatic renewals, or any similar commitment.
Despite this, on December 12, a $56 pre-authorization charge was made from the same Ziraat Bank credit card ending in 5007 without my knowledge or consent. Having my card information stored in the system and such a large amount attempted without clear authorization has seriously harmed me. During this time, I have not used any other services through pdfe.com.
I emailed s****@pdfe.com** about this issue, but after nearly three hours I have not received any response. I demand that this unauthorized pre-authorization be investigated immediately, that the attempted $56 charge be canceled as soon as possible, and that any amount that posts to my account be refunded without delay.
