WMF Unmet Warranty Promise on Cookware Set

In April 2023, I purchased a WMF 5-piece cookware set from a chain supermarket. At the time of purchase, I sought confirmation from customer service, who assured me, "It's not our branch, but rest assured, it's covered under warranty; you can use our service." Comparing it with my previous cookware, the handles of this set, which shouldn't heat up, do. I haven't dared to put them in the oven yet, although they are oven-safe. Due to health issues in April, I couldn't take them for service, even though I could provide reports. When I recovered, I took a WMF pan from another place to service, but they refused to accept the cookware set. A service request was sent in November for the product I bought from the chain market. When I said, "You might have been told that in April, but we received a letter in November. We can't take it." When I called WMF, they said, "It's not covered under warranty." When I asked to listen to voice answers, the phone was shut in my face. I trusted you, I bought it from the chain market; if you hadn't said no, I wouldn't have bought it. I was called today, and it has been understood from the conversations that my request to listen to my 2023 records was not fulfilled. WMF has not stood behind the assurance it gave. I also shared that the product I bought was not only from the chain market but also from world-renowned brands.
