Microsoft Wireless 850 Desktop Set Malfunction



The Microsoft Wireless 850 Desktop keyboard and mouse set I purchased on October 10, 2023, has failed. The seller referred me to an authorized service center. The support center confirmed the product's fault but said they didn't have a similar product in-store and advised me to contact the seller.
Both the seller and the service center claim they are out of stock. They offered to resolve my issue by refunding the amount I paid for the product six months ago; nevertheless, there is a big price difference.
It's quite distressing to see products from a respectable firm like Microsoft sold with such low quality in our country, eroding my faith in the brand.
If a Microsoft product fails within six months and the authorized service provider refuses to give support, who can we trust? As a result, I have chosen not to purchase any Microsoft goods in the future.
