WMF Pressure Cooker Makes Unusual Noise

I bought a WMF pressure cooker on May 12, 2024, and two days later, while cooking, it started making an unusually loud noise. I took it back to the store where I purchased it. The store officials claimed it was normal and refused to take any action, directing me to their service center instead. At the service center, the staff was unhelpful, dismissing me without even inspecting the product. Due to these poor experiences, I am now requesting a refund instead of an exchange.
