Fissler Pressure Cooker Safety Issue With Air Leakage And High Pitch Noise
On February 12, 2025, I purchased a Fissler pressure cooker set. While using the product, it makes a very high-pitched noise during cooking and releases air intensely at the same time, which makes it unsafe to use—I am genuinely worried it might explode. I called the customer service line at 444 7 558 to send the product for warranty repair, but I have not been able to reach them at all. I also have not shown the product to any authorized service yet, because I want proper guidance from customer service first. I request that the product be inspected under warranty, necessary checks be performed, the defect be identified and repaired, and if needed, the product be replaced with a new one. Since I cannot reach customer service, I also ask for clear and detailed information on how the process will proceed.
