After we brought it to the service center, they insisted that there was no problem and gave it back to us. I reached out to the headquarters, and they recommended returning it to the service center once more. However, if the service center failed to offer a resolution from the start, what would be the reason for me to return? The irritating sound it produces as it nears the cooking stage contributes to the exasperation.
