The pan I purchased from WMF became deformed in less than a year. About 4 months ago, I sent it in for inspection, and they informed me that they would send a new one. I have been waiting for 4 months due to a lack of stock. However, when I check their website, I see that there is stock available. Customer service tells me that the stock comes in and sells out quickly, which is why they haven't been able to send it. The product I bought for approximately ₺2,000 1.5 years ago now costs ₺4,600. It seems more logical for them to sell it at this price rather than sending a new one to a customer they have inconvenienced.
